In addition to being CEO and President of DLP Interactive Media, Don is also CEO of DLP Realty, a progressive and innovative Real Estate Brokerage in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida with its headquarters out of the Lehigh Valley. Don has become hands-down the most recognizable name in the world of Real Estate in the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos, and will quickly become the most recognizable name in the St Augustine through Daytona Beach Markets of Florida. Don has accomplished this largely through the amazing exposure DLP Interactive Media has been able to generate through leveraging radio and television marketing. Don is endorsed by Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bobby Gunther Walsh, and personalities on radio stations such as WAEB 790, WZZO, Cat Country, B-104, ESPN Radio, 99 the Hawk, 93.5 SPG, 105.5 the Beach ; 92.7 the Beach, WNZF 1550 AM, KIX Country, and 100.9 Easy Oldies. In addition to commercials on Fox News, CNBC, and HGTV. Don studied Finance and Marketing at Drexel University. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and is currently a resident of Stroudsburg. Don is married to the love of his life, Carla, and they have two young boys named Donny Jr. and Alex.
Vice President of Business Development
Brion is the Vice President of Business Development for DLP Interactive Media. He has years of experience in media planning and sales, and is impassioned to provide his clients with sound, unbiased marketing and advertising strategy. Brion leverages local and national celebrity endorsements to give clients instant credibility with their customers through Radio and TV commercials, Outdoor, Direct Mail, Digital, Mobile, and Print advertising. Brion grew up in Center Valley, and received his Bachelor’s degree from Northland International University in education. He is passionate about serving with his church community in South Side Bethlehem, playing golf whenever and wherever possible, and riding motorcycles a bit faster than he should. Brion lives in Northampton with his better half, Carrie, and their two children Reagan and Lincoln.

Prior to joining DLP Interactive Media, Larry spent 25 years honing his marketing skills with small companies, large companies, and everything in between. When he isn’t busy telling the world about everything the DLP family of companies has to offer, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son’s athletic events, and battling his hopeless addiction to golf.

Meg Dubbs has spent over 19 years the marketing and design industry since obtaining her B.A. in Graphic Design. Her experience includes extensive experience in advertising and marketing, developing and teaching college-level design courses, working with educators to develop a top-notch online educational products and marketing, continued experience in design and communications, and recently completed my Master’s in Design Management through Savannah College of Art and Design. Meg relocated back to the Lehigh Valley as an adult, is married to Rob, has one daughter, and loves her three crazy wheaten terriers. She is an HGTV home improvement and real estate addict. She also enjoys photography, art projects, reading, Mini Coopers, and traveling.

Kyle Tims is passionate about storytelling through film, video, and photography and he loves that he is able to practice his passion on a daily basis. “I think I was born with a camera in my hand and it is what I want to do for the rest of my life,” Kyle said. Kyle’s enthusiasm for his work is reflected in his creative and unique projects and his desire to help DLP grow.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog, going for walks, enjoying the backyard of their newly purchased home and cooking with his wife.

Carolyn Smith graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications. After college, Carolyn relocated to the Lehigh Valley with her husband and has grown to love the area. In 2012 she started working at DLP as a Marketing Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. Carolyn and her husband Nick have two daughters. In Carolyn’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and wandering the aisles of Target.

Katherine Santiago lives life fully and believes in creating a perfect balance in her life. Her passion for writing started in college where she wrote for the school newspaper and started freelancing. These experiences helped launch her into her career at DLP.
Katherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Business from Penn State University. In her free time, she is usually at the gym, running around with her dogs and spending time with her family.
Jr. Digital Marketing Assistant
Briana Russo is passionate about social media integration, and enjoys networking through social platforms to gain and build relationships and clientele. Although she is new to the professional workforce she is excited to gain knowledge and experience at DLP.
Briana graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a concentration in Entertainment Technology and Digital Culture. In her free time she enjoys time with her friends, family and two dogs, cooking, and going to shows.
